Last Updated: September 28, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Snakebite Technologies LLC’s receipt recording app (“RCRDR”). By accepting these Terms, an agreement is entered into by and between you and Snakebite Technologies LLC d/b/a RCRDR.

RCRDR is an application developed for trade contractors and home-service businesses. RCRDR was created to provide a convenient means to capture, organize, and manage business receipts and related records, while keeping such information accessible at any time from your personal device.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By enrolling in, accessing, or using the Service (as defined below), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company, business, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Service is primarily designed for businesses and their personnel, but individuals may also use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Service

RCRDR provides receipt and document processing, extraction, organization, categorization suggestions, project or job allocation, record management, and related SMS, MMS, web, and other functionality (collectively the “Service”).

The Service may use optical character recognition (OCR), artificial intelligence, automated processing, and third-party infrastructure and service providers. RCRDR may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, functionality, integrations, supported platforms, or portions of the Service from time to time. Pricing and availability may also change as described in these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

4. No Professional Advice

RCRDR is not a certified public accountant, accounting firm, tax preparer, financial advisor, law firm, or other provider of professional advice. RCRDR is not a financial product or financial services provider, and the Service does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, financial, or other professional advice.

The Service may use automated processing, OCR, artificial intelligence, and other technologies to extract, calculate, summarize, categorize, classify, or organize information from receipts and other documents. This may include assigning expense categories, identifying taxes or amounts, identifying merchants, extracting line items, and suggesting project or job allocations.

Information and classifications produced by the Service may be incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect. AI-generated or automated results are provided as organizational and informational assistance only and are not authoritative accounting, tax, legal, or financial determinations.

You are responsible for reviewing, validating, correcting, and reconciling information and classifications produced by the Service before relying on them for accounting, bookkeeping, tax filings, financial reporting, invoicing, reimbursement, business decisions, or other purposes for which accuracy is important.

You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Service and its outputs satisfy your legal, tax, accounting, recordkeeping, or other obligations, and for obtaining advice from an appropriately qualified professional when necessary.

5. Authorized Users and SMS

The account owner may designate telephone numbers for use with the Service, including numbers used by employees, contractors, or other persons authorized by the account owner. The account owner is responsible for having the authority and obtaining any consent required by applicable law before designating another person’s telephone number for use with the Service.

RCRDR may send SMS or MMS messages to telephone numbers designated by the account owner for purposes related to providing, operating, securing, or supporting the Service, including receipt-processing notifications, confirmations, account-related notifications, service notices, and other operational communications.

The account owner is responsible for ensuring that designated recipients are authorized to use the Service in connection with the account and that RCRDR has any permissions or consents required to communicate with them.

Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient’s mobile carrier or service plan. A recipient may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP where supported, and may request assistance by replying HELP. Opting out of SMS messages may limit or prevent features that depend on SMS communications.

RCRDR may suspend or restrict messaging functionality if it reasonably believes that messaging activity violates these Terms, applicable law, carrier requirements, or creates a security or operational risk.

SMS and MMS delivery may depend on mobile carriers and telecommunications networks outside RCRDR’s control. RCRDR does not guarantee that every message will be delivered, received, or delivered without delay.

Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the data, documents, images, and other content you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant RCRDR a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, transmit, process, analyze, and extract information from Customer Data as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, operate, and improve the Service and as described in the Privacy Policy https://rcrdr.pro/privacy-policy/.

RCRDR may use Customer Data, including submitted receipts and documents, extracted information, corrections, responses, and other interactions with the Service, to develop, test, evaluate, and improve RCRDR’s own receipt-processing systems, models, algorithms, categorization, extraction, and related functionality. Such use is limited to purposes related to RCRDR and is not a grant of ownership of Customer Data to RCRDR.

RCRDR may also use suggestions, requests, feedback, bug reports, and other communications that you voluntarily provide about the Service to maintain, develop, and improve RCRDR, including adding or modifying features and functionality. RCRDR may use such feedback without restriction and without compensation or attribution to you.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and authority necessary to submit Customer Data to RCRDR and to permit RCRDR and its service providers to process that data as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

7. Trial and Usage Limits

RCRDR may offer a limited trial of the Service to eligible customers. Unless the applicable offer states otherwise, the trial is limited to 25 processed receipts per customer account or 30 days, whichever occurs first.

For purposes of the trial limit, each individual receipt processed by RCRDR counts as one receipt. If a submitted image contains multiple receipts, RCRDR may separate and process those receipts individually, with each individual receipt counting toward the trial limit. Submissions that are rejected as unreadable, excessively blurry, or otherwise unsuitable for processing, and duplicate submissions that RCRDR identifies and does not process as a new receipt, will not count toward the trial limit.

The trial allowance does not reset or renew. Once the 25-receipt limit or 30 day time period has been reached, the customer must either discontinue use of the trial and receive the available completed records or enroll in an applicable paid subscription to continue processing additional receipts.

A trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. RCRDR will not charge the customer for a paid subscription unless the customer separately agrees to the applicable paid subscription and provides any required payment authorization.

RCRDR may require reasonable account or payment-method verification to establish trial eligibility and to prevent fraud, abuse, or repeated use of trial offers. Any payment information collected for verification will not result in a paid subscription unless the customer separately authorizes the applicable charge.

RCRDR may limit eligibility for trial offers, including limiting an individual, business, or related account to one trial, and may modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

8. Retention, Export, and Deletion

RCRDR is not a permanent archival or backup service. See Section 11 of the Privacy Policy for RCRDR’s retention, export, and deletion practices, including cancellation-related retention, scheduled deletion, permanent deletion requests, data exports, and backup limitations.

Customer Data may be retained after cancellation and will be scheduled for deletion on the following April 16th unless earlier deletion is requested or a documented legal, security, dispute, fraud-prevention, or other lawful exception applies.

9. Billing, Cancellation, and Termination

Using RCRDR is voluntary, and it is your choice as to use or not use it. You can choose to terminate your account and stop using RCRDR at any time as set out in this Section 9.

If you enroll in a paid subscription, you authorize RCRDR or its payment processor to charge the applicable fees disclosed at the time of purchase or renewal. Subscription fees, billing frequency, and other applicable charges will be presented before you complete the applicable purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, a paid subscription will automatically renew for successive billing periods until canceled. You may cancel your subscription through the available account or subscription-management process. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by RCRDR, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable.

A trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. RCRDR will not charge you for a paid subscription unless you separately enroll in the applicable paid subscription and provide any required payment authorization.

RCRDR may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you fail to pay amounts due, violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, use the Service in a manner that creates a security or operational risk, violate applicable law or messaging requirements, or otherwise create a risk to RCRDR, its service providers, or other users.

RCRDR may also suspend, modify, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time without prior notice, in our own discretion, or if required by law or by a decision of an authority, or when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, technical changes, or other operational reasons.

Termination or cancellation of your subscription does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of Customer Data. Retention, export, and deletion of Customer Data are governed by Section 8 of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after termination, including provisions concerning Customer Data, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and any amounts owed.

10. Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

RCRDR does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, or available at all times. Further, RCRDR does not give any warranties, express or implied, of any kind including, but not limited to, functionality, accessibility, quality, qualification for any particular purpose, suitability or completeness of information produced through OCR, artificial intelligence, automated processing, categorization, calculations, merchant identification, tax identification, line-item extraction, or project or job allocation.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating information produced by the Service before relying on it for accounting, tax, financial, legal, business, or other purposes.

11. Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RCRDR AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR SIMILAR LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RCRDR’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID RCRDR FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RCRDR and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from or related to:

RCRDR will provide reasonable notice of a claim subject to indemnification and may participate in the defense of the claim. You may not settle an indemnified claim in a manner that admits fault by or imposes obligations on RCRDR without RCRDR’s prior written consent.

13. Intellectual Property

Provided you accept and adhere to these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use RCRDR for the purposes described Sections 2 and 3.

RCRDR and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, technology, interfaces, designs, branding, documentation, and other related materials.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, no rights or licenses to RCRDR’s intellectual property are granted to you.

You retain ownership of Customer Data as described in Section 6. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Customer Data to RCRDR.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you and RCRDR agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. A party must provide written notice describing the dispute, and the parties will have 30 days from receipt of the notice to attempt to resolve it.

Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court, claims that applicable law does not permit to be arbitrated, and other matters that may legally proceed in court, disputes arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved through individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, the parties’ consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and RCRDR agree that disputes will be brought only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.

The arbitrator, rather than a court, will generally determine the enforceability and interpretation of this arbitration provision, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

15. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other written agreements expressly incorporated into them, constitute the entire agreement between you and RCRDR regarding the Service.

Colorado law governs these Terms, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. RCRDR’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without RCRDR’s prior written consent. RCRDR may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

Neither party will be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions concerning Customer Data, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and SMS. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
